Good & Very important question as we as a Team Leader get at least 2 CSAs whenever we upgrade. They may be active or inactive. If they are active, its our good luck but if they are inactive, it becomes our imminent responsibility to see that we contact them and assure them to guide, support & help in building their SFI business. I use the following method:
1. I click on their name and read their profile & send them a default CSA welcome letter.
2. I use CSA mailer to send them weekly messages.
3. I use Instant Message from Genealogy Menu page.
4. If I find there is a green rectangle in front of their mail I use their email address to convey my messages.
5. If I see a white rectangle in front of their mail, I consider they have not yet confirmed their email. They may be just tire kickers. But I "google" search their name & find them somewhere else on the Internet. Then I connect them and inform them that I am their Co-Sponsor on SFI and willing to support, help and guide in building their SFI business provided they become active. I have been successful in more than 50% cases.
6. Once they are in touch with me. I give them my Facebook, Twitter, & Skype links to exchange my SFI promotion methods.
7. I also tell them that SFI is not a Sprint but a Marathon that they should start running from the day one joins.
8. I tell them to do three things:
----GET STRATED
----READ SFI BASICS
____READ LAUNCH PAD AGAIN and AGAIN
9. Finally I advise them never to quit.
