I would recommend that you plug your new CSAs into the system that you should already have in place:
1) Send them a "get to know you" email which makes it clear that you're focused on helping "them" succeed.
2) Provide access to your best tips for success or something similarly titled.
3) Communicate with them weekly.
4) Work with the workers. Follow the 80/20 rule in everything you do!
This whole process should be systemized in order to make you efficient. I can't emphasize this enough!
I'll conclude with pointing out that your new CSAs are just like you in that they're trying to get ahead. Pay special attention to ANY communication your receive. Look for keys as to what benefits the Affiliate is looking for from their SFI business and then give them the best advice you can on how to take action.
