Honestly, I don't have much experience in this business but i think that creating duplication is very important. From the moment I join this business, SFI provided me with free training and I'm trying to pass it on my PSAs. When they become a sponsor, they do the same to their PSAs and so on.
This is the way you have many benefits of them. You have commissions of all their purchases on TripleClicks, you get Matching VPs from all of them as long as they maintain EA. This is the way you create a strong team where you see many benefits of it like commissions and valuable VP (100VP for one active PSA) from their work. This matching goes 6 levels below for you as Bronze Team Leader, 8 levels for Silver, 10 for Gold and 12 for PLatinum Team Leader.
Based on experience of great Team Leadres here in SFI, I think that freedom is the most important thing when it comes to duplication ( Financial, Time and Location).Why? If you have thousands of Affiliates all emailing you with questions you have no Time Freedom. If you have Team Leaders that are motivated to build their own businesses and those same "thousands" of Affiliates are under you and them then your Team Leaders are also answering those emails. The result is that your business grows, your Team Leaders businesses grow and you have time to do what's import in your life. No sense in having Financial or Location Freedom if you have NO time to live your life. Your Team Leaders will also pursue their Time Freedom which results in your business becoming stronger as this process works it's way down your group.
