You need to establish strong rapport between you and your 'Team' members to get them to participate or even respond to you on a regular basis.
One way of doing this that has worked well for me, is to establish lines of communication and build friendships outside the SFI platform as well. Connect up on Facebook, Linked-In, or similar social networks that they already use. Share emails, phone numbers etc if they are open to it.
This way you can keep in touch and maintain communication, even if they fail to check in at SFI daily. (Be careful not to continue to stay in touch with members who leave SFI - this is strictly prohibited)
You will find that your connection with team members take on a whole new dimension once your friendships extend even beyond SFI. Response and participation of team members becomes voluntary and enthusiastic.
