Ask for feedback to see if the contests are attractive to your team members.
You want to motivate your downline with your contests
It is important the you keep your contests up to date and relevant to the activity in your downline.
I, for one, offer ongoing contests for Top 300, 1st time SO of 1500 VP, Refund of $2.00 Wave 3 sign up shipping charge,
to name a few.
In addition, I reward my PSA and CSA downline on a progress basis.
Achieving first time EA status
Maintaining EA2 status
Achieving BTL or higher
Establishing a running co-op with active team members
Rewards are in the form of TCredits, Gift Certificates or Re-assignments.
I attempt to make sure all of my active members are rewarded.
Posting of reward winners and contest reminders gives visibility to the not so active members
and encourages greater participation.
