I set goals for my team and reward them with TCredits. Right off the bat, they see those credits as valuable. For instance, I give 5TCredits for filling out their Affiliate Profile. I learn something about them, and they have the freedom to try an auction early on.
I remind them of that 10th opportunity to earn VP by clicking on the 'new items at TripleClicks' button on their to-do list. This way, they get into the habit of seeing what's available every day.
I always advertise a Price Bender's win, and encourage them to play t-time and the other games available.
Once they pass the 45 day mark, Iit's time to talk about Standing Orders. I recommend that they look for items they regularly buy every month, and replace tjose items with products from TripleClicks. That way, it makes a very small impact on their budget.
Once they get started, it becomes a habit - sometimes an obsession- to bid in auctions and buy from their own store.
