To put it quite simply, you cant, at least, not force them because that would put you off wouldn't it? So, i would encourage them to continue with their current progress and to do the daily tasks each and every day. The ones that persist will be more likely to give this business the effort it requires, and then you can simply suggest to them from the 3rd month onwards that although it has become more difficult to retain their rank, there are ways of doing it with a very small investment - an investment that they will get back if they work hard and duplicate your efforts...!
