In my humble opinion, the recruitment ECA delivers quick income.
Once you recruit ECA (go through all the stages of approval etc.), The first sale / purchase, that happens, go to your account. and all of the following of course. This usually happens fairly quickly.
On the other hand, recruiting PSA's ability to profit in the long run. Each PSA has to pass all the stages of reading, learning, advertising, performing daily tasks, recruitment etc. With self engagement, is required and the operation of the sponsors, communications, supports. This takes more time than in the previous case.
But because of that, I think, to really have a successful result, and had a decent income, the best is a combination of both models.
