Thank you for asking such a question that will provoke a huge variety of answers!
First thing that comes to mind would be the right answer...or so I thought. The first thing that came to mind was my CSAs. Maintaining my EA rank has been at the core of my success because my CSAs have been wonderful and because they're easier to come by, I have more chance of having ones that stay active but as I said before, "I thought the fist thing was the right answer!"
On reflection, I can say without a doubt that the one thing that has made the difference to me succeeding here are the other members' support. Taking part in Ask SC has provided me with the answers to any questions I may have and provided me with the means to overcome any obstacles that have presented themselves to me. I have also made use of the a2a stream and get a lot of strength from the quotes and tips of my a2a friends. The other place that has made a difference to whether I have succeeded or thrown in the towel is the Forum. There are always active members waiting to answer our questions. Having the new questions pop up on the 'alerts' tab means that we can be ready to answer the questions of others when a question arises that we feel qualified to answer.
So to answer your question in summary...It is the SFI community that has made all the difference to me succeeding here at SFI.
