The way I say it, if you are in SFI with the intention of building a business which has a strong foundation-there are 3 main things you will need to keep in mind.
1 The leader has to lead
2 The TEAM has to be made of strong leaders
3 This will bring in your income depending on how STRONG 1. and 2. above are
Therefore your recruiting (ECA or PSA) will be like interviewing for new employees. Invest your time and energy in the wrong employee (PSA) brings down you and your organisation, eventually it will. IF this process is well thought of you, will generate income at the speed at which you desire because all your TEAM has the same vision-TO SUCCEED.
I have no problems in spending my time and resources on training a PSA or CSA when I see potential there but you will waste precious time with them if their energies are directed negatively into thinking that this is a quick income generating business that will reap benefits overnight.
How you present the SFI opportunity and who you recruit is very important for YOUR BUSINESS. Having said that, strong PSA's would be my target because they can create opportunities with anything that is presented to them.
