In my opinion, there are too many factors involved to be able to choose PSAs or ECAs as a definite answer.
I think your success with either PSAs or ECAs comes down to your ability to recruit them smartly and coach, train or support them effectively.
Some people might be able to work better with PSAs. Some might work better with ECAs.
The "quality" of your PSA or ECA may depend on how you find them, attract them and sign them up. For example, if your advertising is not clear enough or honest enough, you might sign up a PSA or an ECA who has incorrect expectations. After they join, and once they see it's not what they were expecting, they may fade away without producing any income for you.
On the other hand, if your advertising is clear and if it only attracts hot prospects who know what they want and can see that they can get it here, then whether they are a PSA or an ECA, they might jump in with both feet and become immediate superstars!
Both PSAs and ECAs offer great income value for you, but to say which one will be quicker? It all depends. LOL - Sorry I couldn't be more specific.
