Recruiting PSA's is very simple however they need you to teach them and to help them stand on their feet and start up with their SFI businesses. If you are a good coach, in no time you will be earning lots of income and your Paypal account will be flooding.

Recruiting ECA's may be a bit tricky as you need to go on talking to so and so about joining and you may recruit like 2 or 3 a month that's if you are good at word of mouth.
If you recruit ECA's that are active you will be better off than someone recruiting PSA's.

However, i advise that you recruit both to maximise your income.
