In both the cases of recruiting, we need to know how they are active in their participation. As we all know only 1 to 5% affiliates will be serious in the business due to many constraints like zeal, knowledge, money etc., But besides these, if we get some active PSAs in our downline and participate in our business then we will get regular income from our team. But in the case of ECAs, we cannot say that they will buy the products forever and hence in my conclusion, recruiting some active PSAs will give more benefit in the long run rather than generating quick income for a short while.
