For recruiting, I personally feel that online recruiting on job and opportunity boards is an excellent way to reach the masses. Paid job boards produce the best results by far. Depending on your budget, you may want to coop with others in the venture. I have run some highly successful online campaigns that generates hundreds of leads.
If you're on a super tight budget don't forget free advertising sights on the web. Also, setting up a simple auto responder on your email account or adding a line to your signature promoting SFI is totally free and spreads the message without having to work at it!
