Dear friend!as you know this is an e-commerce web site and it is creating and giving
world best job opportunities,to it's affiliates,basically this is a job,one can do
this completely in their houses,that too with in their leisure.
We need to remember one more thing here.This is entirely a job with complete "LIBERTY"
no boss or bossism here.So all affiliates and team leaders of any rank are working
together with in a friendly atmosphere.
As this is a "Globally United S.F.I Family",
We would need to "Greet"them first,then we would need to touch their all in all
problems related to the job they are doing.We should provide them with the knowledge
we already acquired or we should direct them to the SFI'S knowledge bases.
We need to improve the intimacy as we are working in a same company,we should treat
them in more friendly.
We need to improve the relation with them by asking about their family and every
thing.Over all we should come out of all the boundaries of nation,religion and,financial economic statuses.As the world is becoming a "Global Village",we should
develop the universal psychology to live happily.This is very most important thing dear friend!we should treat all our fellow affiliates,with out any discrimination.
Greet them very friendly,say a pretty good morning/good evening!
Ask about their health and whether as it has become a very common thing calamities in every nation.Then ask them if they have had any doubts.Finally advise them to finish their tasks and,goals.
Finally say them to enjoy the bliss or blessed day or,time.
So that,you can become a very best important person to them,even in their daily life.So they would never postpone their daily routine with S.F.I.
