A newsletter for the team of affiliates is a good idea. Before considering the topics that includes in these newsletters, one must analyse the level of their PSA's and CSA's. If they are all EA's and above you can send the same newsletter to all of them. In most cases this is not so. Team building is a continued process. So always there's newcomers, inactive affiliates, somewhat active ones, very active ones, EA's and Team Leaders.
The purpose of a newsletter for a team of affiliates is to inform some important announcements. To educate and uplift a team with different level through a newsletter is a difficult task. So the newsletter should be limited for communicating special announcements, about time sensitive notifications, competitions you conduct for your affiliates, congratulating your downlines who achieve something, about co-ops, etc.
A team mail or personal mail is better for guiding affiliates. Because each ones requirements and levels are different. A team mail should be limited for common announcements that should interest/affect all members of your team. Otherwise you distract them by spamming their inbox.
