Before we talk about newsletter topics it is important to question ourselves. As an affiliate what were our expectations from our up-line TL. I am listing a few of what I thought my leader should communicate.
1. Regular updates on SFI happenings.
2. Recognition of achievements.
3. Contests from time to time.
4. Motivational messages.
5. Internet marketing - Industry trends.
6. Team size - How it is growing. The top 3 things that the team leader is doing to grow the team.
The primary objective of a newsletter is to establish a connect between the leader and the team. It also establishes a relationship where the team feel wanted and therefore gets confidence that there is somebody to lean on when they need direction guidance. Make no mistake people who are a part of SFI are primarily driven by a need for financial stability and the zest to become an entrepreneur. It is important to keep that in mind while developing the newsletter content.
