Newsletter for new members must be motivational and positive.
They should get the impression that it's not difficult to succeed in the business by following your instructions. Briefly explain them how to start a business, and how to build a team, and explain to them why that is the most important thing. Much information will confuse them.
With experienced members is different.
Share with them a new ideas, explain them why to make ECA, order W3, collect more badges...
