While we are all independent contractors - separate entities loosely tied by the common interest of profits every team member should recognize the importance of following the recommendations as they are given. TLs learn by doing. They have achieve some measure of success in this business so it common sense that if you do what they do you will get the same results.
Some team members see newsletters as an attempt to control them or tell them what to do. They are a far cry from that but recommendations need to be acted upon. This is the only way that team members can validate them - by acting upon them. Without action, this is simply unnecessary communication.
Therefore when communicating with your network via newsletter focus on business generating tips such as:
1. SFI Basics
2. Leadership
3. ECA recruitment strategies and support
4. Growth as it relates to PRMs and PSAs/CSAs
5. Support and strategies needed to support down line members to help them achieve milestones.
Remember not to make your newsletter too long or too short. Give enough information to get the job done. Find ways to make your newsletter interactive and always be open to suggestions. Do the above and your newsletter will be rich with content and boost profits for the entire team.
