Hello Nathaniel,
I think the best approach to starting a newsletter for your Team is, to take into account all your Team Winners & Movers, what I mean by this is, if any of your Team Win anything on PriceBenders, Daily Grand Draw, or the W3 or achieve any success make sure you highlight their names & their achievements at the Top of your Newsletter!
Then you could tell them about any News or special offers, competitions your running, Co-op's you have started?
There are so many things you can talk about within your Newsletter?
Tell them that you would like to have ideas from your Team, get your Team to talk about the issues they have on their minds?
Within the Newsletter remind your Team the importance of earning every VP they can!
Get them to check things like Power Rankings, VersaPoints Ledger to earn every VP they can!
Get them to check on Badges through the Reference tab! (how many votes, recruits, answers they are short of getting the next Badge!)
There are so many things you can talk about on a Newsletter?
End your Newsletter by Thanking your Team for all their efforts.
Thank you & good luck!
See you at the Top!
