One place you can go to eBay and go to their classified ads. Then I was just going to Google and put in "free classifieds". The other obvious place to go is Craigslist, this works extremely well. whatever you do and wherever you go make sure you put in several labs:
1. SFI, with a slight explanation of what it is.
2. W3, again with an explanation of what it is and the benefits.
3. ECA, definitely promote the idea that they will get a free website with their own.
If you do these things you'll be surprised how quickly you can get people to join you. Make sure you write down your ads before you start putting them in. Put some thought into them, make them very short and to the point. Don't use code spell things out so everyone understands them even newbies. Newbies are really the people you want to get.
