The messages I send are always simple and to the point. Mine are either a motivational message based on a quote I've found somewhere or are a basic tip about a tool or source of information SFI has.
The motivational messages are easy. When I run across a quote that seems profound I send a message to the team. "Hey, I just ran across this quote and wanted to share it with you..." Then I add a short statement about why that quote is meaningful to me or why it is especially meaningful as an SFI affiliate and send it.
For the tips and tools, I try to remember that many who signed up may not even know how to create a ad or something really basic like that. Then I'll describe how the tool SFI has makes it really easy, just copy and paste, etc. Or I'll describe something SFI offers that can give them useful information to help build their SFI business, like the Rules of Success or the Internet Marketing course. And I'll remind them that they can apply this info to SFI or any other internet marketing business they're trying to build.
And of course, always offer to help and give contact info.
