There are many and different types of Affiliate news letters depending on what business you do but since this one in particular is centered towards SFI I will share my own Tips here:
They key goal here is fortify your relationship and build trust with your affiliates
a)INTRODUCTION(Yourself)
If you already haven't introduced yourself to them or who you are to them. I think it might be a good idea to do that because people love to work with those they can see, are real and trusted.
b)INTRODUCE SFI Business IN THE WIIFM(What's In It For Me) Format
It’s imperative that leaders look at email newsletters from the perspective of a down line who will clearly want to know “What’s In It For Me,” or “WIIFM.” It is critical to have a “clear sense of what’s going to be received by your affiliates that’s going to make their work that much better,” while also improving the success of your email newsletter. A great way to achieve this is to offer incentives in email newsletters, such as offering a reward for making it to EA status etc.
c) OFFER HELP HELP HELP ALWAYS
Ever heard of the saying that "Touch a heart before you ask for a hand"??
It holds very true. Frequently asking your down line if you can help them is a great way to improve your relationship instantly. Your affiliate will begin to see you as someone who cares about their success and will want to give back. By doing that you become an awesome sponsor to your team which ultimately improves your leadership/ sponsor rating.
d)IF YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL IN MARKETING YOUR BUSINESS- Share with your down line how and where to advertise. It is unfortunate that some Sponsors do not like to share some of this information because they think they will be out competed. Common! That is very negative and ironical thinking. After all who stands to benefit when your down line grows? Is it not you? Of course it is!
e)USE THE SFI FORUM
Most people do not know and probably under estimate the power of the Forum. One person once posted in the Forum and said "There is no greater Sponsor in all of SFI than the Forum". I totally agree with him. I have personally learned so much from the Forum that would have taken me longer elsewhere. Every time I find an exciting Topic in the forum that I like and would like my down line to learn something from I share the link with them. The testimonials they see from fellow affiliates in the forum about their successes will re-ignite their flame if they were discouraged.
f)MOTIVATE THEM
Start their day by streaming a positive motivational quote. They will see it in their stream pages. Caution: Avoid bombarding them with too much of it as it will result in spam and they will not like that. You could also share links to motivational info online and or recommend certain free motivational E-books etc
One other way of motivating them would be to run a team contest and offer rewards such as gift cards or 10 T-credits etc to the top 5 or 10 winners.
g)GROWTH AND INCOME TIPS
One of the best and FREE ways or methods to instantly start earning in SFI is to recruit ECA into triple clicks. Many people take this for granted but boy how powerful this is. The more you refer the better your pocket book. Sharing this type of information will greatly help your struggling affiliate improve.
