I think that a newsletter should of course have news associated with SFI, TripleClicks or PriceBenders. As it is newsworthy, like letting your team know that Triple Clicks now features X amount of products with X amount of ECA's from X amount of countries. This is useful information to help in the "selling process"
I find people are impressed and actually are interested in knowing more when I say that TripleClicks offers over 100,000 products from over 150 countries.
Besides company news I think the best thing to put in a newsletter would be things that will help your team, like advertising tips or tips on how to sell more products from store.
Things to say to people when trying to recruit them to SFI, useful information that you have found that works.
Try book reviews, get an Ebook in store and offer it up to your team to read and ask them to write a review, or you give it a review. Not only are you supporting store but educating team.
One other thing should be recognition to team members even if its a small step... anything to make team fill like you are watching what is going on and you are there to cheer them on.
Wisdom quotes are good along with positive thoughts that you want to share.
