As a business leader with over 17 years experience I would suggest you start with the following information in your newsletter.
1. Marketing methods that work for you... and how they can use it to help their business.
2. Encouragement (in either articles, stories of success, etc)
3. Tools and techniques that may make their business run smooth and expand.
4. Education. (if you have read a new ebook... or tried a new product and have benefited from it.. you can totally share what you learned. You can't use the information verbatim but you can give your own story of success...and be sure to include affiliate link to that product/service/etc.)
In my newsletters I always create them full of education... in one form or another... that way my teams know I'm not here just to use them to make money... I'm here to help them to succeed in whatever way that I can.
