I have an ECA on my own and your question really made me think if I am doing the right thing with my ECA posts.
You know that when we post news to our ECA TConnect news feed, it is also automatically posted to SFI’s STREAM. And every affiliate who has connected to our ECA will see what we have to say while doing his/her Daily tasks. There is more than a million affiliates, try connecting to as many as you can, and then share news about:
- your new products
- your HOT Deal products
- your Closeouts
- discount offers
- polls - Why not? It is called Connect for a reason. The idea is not just to advertise to potential buyers, but also see what they have to say. So, you can:
-start a conversation about shopping in general, products, their preferences
It can only help you adapt your offer and find customers who will connect with you on a person to person level, not just a seller-buyer level.
ALSO, there is a new tool now called CUSTOMER MAILER, for sending emails to your customers and all TripleClicks members who have connected with you. HAVE FUN!
