I will share with you what I do for my weekly messages.
I ask people to set personal goals each month, so my first post of the month will say a bit about what my goals for the month are and ask my team to let me know what they are working for, as well as offering them help if they are unsure of what they should be working for.
I also try to run some sort of contest each month, even if I can't offer more than ten or twenty t-credits as the reward. My second post of the month usually points out what the monthly contest is and what they should work on to earn that prize.
In the third week I usually do recognition of some sort. I try to make sure I mention all of my new people if I can, as it is always nice to be recognized when you are new, even if you have not done much. This keeps them interested and wanting to do more.
The last week I take it back to those monthly goals, sending out a group message to remind them that months end is on its way and they are running out of time to hit their levels and goals. Also at this point I try to reach out one on on to anybody who has shared their goals with me and not yet hit them.
Your weekly messages should also include any new leads you have found for advertising or tips you have learned yourself over the course of that week.
Hope this helps someone.
