I suggest writing down questions you think potential ECA prospects might ask prior to reading about the ECA program, then taking notes to answer those questions while you read through the ECA program. Some sample questions ECA prospects might ask are: Why should I join this program? How will this benefit my business? What will the cost/bottom line cost be?
You may want to research the benefits of online marketing, as there are companies who still view online marketing as ineffective. When you speak with an ECA prospect, you want to enter as though you are going in to sell a product, because this is exactly what you are doing. You are selling them a product on how to increase their sales through online marketing.
