I think you can overwhelm people with too much information and constant contact. They also may think you are trying to push them into buying something and that immediately screams scam at them. You have to let people find their own way and gently push them when they need it. Some people may ask for help, but these are the ones that will make it anyway because they realize the potential. The ones you never hear from are just looking for something and don't know exactly what they are looking for, so you see no activity. Let them know you will help them and remind them of this at least once a week or every two weeks. When you never hear back it is time to let them go.
