What would you consider to be too much and unnecessary communication with your team?

Too much and unnecessary communication would be:

*Harping on one issue repeatedly.
*Divulging too much of one's personal/private info and demanding same from your affiliates.
*Sending mails too often (like more than thrice a week) to your PSAs/CSAs.
*Making the body of your message too long and boring such that the main point does not
easily stand out.

These to me are unnecessary.
