What would you consider to be too much and unnecessary communication with your team?

I consider too much communication is when you keep on repeating what you already had communicated to your affiliates. Well, it's a different story, when you just try to remind them. Too much and unnecessary are just annoying to one's ear and it doesn't help at all. Let your affiliates also have the chance to learn and discover on his own the things he needed to learn. Our role is just to support them and not to spoon feed them.
