Make sure that you are logged in and go to https://www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/GatewayList. Pick your banner and copy the script.
Most blogs or any website for that matter allow you to enter simple text ( compose) or HTML code. Google Blog for example uses 2 buttons on the left side of the page. Compose and HTML. You must be in HTML mode to enter the banner script that you have chosen to insert.
Make sure when you paste that you do not interfere with any other visible code that is already there. If you want the banner at the bottom of the page, paste the script at the end of the code. Once that is done, click on Preview and you can see what it would actually look like. If you are happy with it publish it. You can always go back later and edit or add to it.
