I think there is no strictly one answer to this question. There are affiliates who try to understand this bussiness from the very beggining, and they work their way through the success, and the other ones, who think you are the one who has to work for them.
The first ones ask so little question, and every time I try to teach them something, or tell them some, in my opinion, valuable information, I get the "Yes, I know about that" answer. So I get the feeling I'm pressuring them. Do they think I'm over communicating with them?
The second ones, who, as my friend says "we carry them on our back", well they are asking questions like "Do I Have to do daily actions today again?". Well yes, I told you yesterday. And the day before. And the day before. Well this is too much communication for me.
Anyway, I send a team mail once a week, to every affiliate I have. I follow my genealogy, see how is everyone standing. To my "veterans", I occasionally send a praise or compliment for their work. If I see someone that is "standing still", I ask him if he wants me to help, and on his answer depends what I do next.
Best regards
