Hi, the answer is not simple.
My advice is to not waste to much of your time on affiliates that do nothing. Remember that you could be searching for more active affiliates instead of sending yet another message to the in-active one's.
Of course it is always good to chase up those that are not doing anything, but I would take some facts in to consideration before wasting too much time.
1: When was this affiliate last active?
2: How many VP has this affiliate averaging a month?
3: Has the affiliate answered any of your messages?
4: What do you know about the affiliates situation? i.e ( How much time do they have? Money? patience? keen to succeed?
Bring these and any other factors you may think of into the forefront of your mind. If you feel that you are chasing a lost cause, then move on and spend your time on more valuable tasks.
We are all responsible for managing our own time. It is always down to the individual!!
Hope that helps
