My suggestion would be to concentrate on your “Movers”, but don’t leave your inactive affiliates out of the loop. Communicate with them, if not as frequently as your “workers”, then sufficiently that they know you are interested in their ultimate success.
Life happens. I joined SFI about 6 years ago when I was new to internet marketing, and totally ignorant of its potential, and floundered miserably at the assigned tasks. About two months later, I found myself dealing with serious family illness and the subsequent, and unexpected loss . During this time, I had no communication from my sponsor, so had no incentive to continue.
In the interim, I joined several “fly by night” get rich quick programs, introduced to me by friends and business associates I had connected with along the way, with massive financial losses.
On reflection these “mishaps” made me understand the true potential there was for success with SFI. So here I am again, with new focus and determination to be better a business person and a better leader.
You just never know when a sleeping affiliate will become active. Help them to stay in the game with communication and encouragement.
Hope this helps
