The say "when you need assistance I am here for you". If I personally get a message like that 3 times it really cripes me to ask for help. It feels like a brush off message.
If you give me information about SFI and what I can opt to do to improve my business, I will always have energy to open your messages. And definately ask for your assistance when I need clarity on something.
In short just be informative that is the necessary communication everyone expect from you.
