Many of the affiliates you sponsor will remain inactive. As SFI is free to join, a lot of people are just curious about what it is. So they don't join, because they want to become successful internet entrepreneurs. They just want to know what it is all about.
On the other hand there are also a lot of people that join SFI but are overwhelmed with all the information given on the homepage. I had 2 sign-offs due to that reason.
All you can do is keep them informed through your teammailer every week. Some people just need to find the right time to do what is necessary to become successful. Give them that time and honor their diffidence. Those who start a little later may be your next PTLs!
