This is a question that has been asked over and over again in different forms but the same essence both here in Asks SC and in the forum. I am also receiving the same question from my PSA's and CSA's.
let me share with some realities with our SFI business so that can remain focused rather than be discouraged with affiliates who never do anything despite of you doing the best you can as sponsor.
1) Be aware that only 1 to 5 percent of your affiliates will be active, therefore do not spend all your energy on the 99 to 95 percent of your affiliates.
2) I understand that your question is about the 95 to 99% of your affiliates how much efforts then is enough for these types of affiliates? Let me share what I am doing to them.
a) I am still sending weekly message to them.
b) Once in while (once a month) I am sending them some controversial message just to catch their attention and engage them into conversation. Some of the controversial subjects that I sent them are: 1) "If you don't want to received messages from me let me help you opt out of SFI". 2) Do nothing and hit at nothing and many other controversial titles. I am getting 5 to 10 responses out of my more that 500 inactive affiliates.
c) Few times I invited them to be my FB friend and I also get few responses.
d) Once I engaged them into conversation I will begin to ask what is their problem why they don't become serious with SFI and help them with their problem which usually because of confusion and no capacity to buy from TripleClicks.
