I think there is no, "One size fits all," answer to this question.

It's a good idea to watch your Movers and Genealogy to see what the needs of the affiliates on all your generations might be at the present time. When you communicate your weekly message to everyone, ask them if they need any help and offer your assistance and/or encouragement.
