I think there is no, "One size fits all," answer to this question.
It's a good idea to watch your Movers and Genealogy to see what the needs of the affiliates on all your generations might be at the present time. When you communicate your weekly message to everyone, ask them if they need any help and offer your assistance and/or encouragement. Since you know who your workers are, you can communicate with them more than once a week if they begin to ask questions or give feedback, particularly in the beginning. You really do not have to worry about whether you are writing too much. However, if a person writes to you and plainly states that he/she does not wish to receive communications from you or anyone else in SFI, then you kindly point that affiliate to the account area and the Opt Out Section.
If you keep track by logging in every day and doing your daily tasks and checking your messages, I believe you will do just fine in your tailoring your communications to the needs of your PSAs, CSAs and the entire team.
May you do well with your business, and may this answer be of help to you.
