I have looked at some answers and while we are right to stick with the guidelines laid down by SFI in sending one mail per week, I feel it is not cast in stone and may not apply to some affiliates. As some affiliates might be shy, reserved or they may not even know what to do, then this rule should not apply to them.
On the other hand, people are irritated or offended by unwanted/unsolicited mails, they find it a bother to clean up since it might take up valuable time.
So how do we get a balance and do what is right by our team members.
I believe it all boils down to knowing individual affiliates and to do this means you need to check their VP ledger, to see how they are doing and where you might be needed to point them in the right direction.
As per sending the mails, yes! send the necessary mail per week to get your 30 VP and then because you know your team mates, you can individually send mails them. To make it easier for you, you can group them into categories of where they need help or guidance.
Write your encouragement/advice on word, and paste it to them on their individual mails. This can even be personalised by changing the name on the mail to the name of the person you are sending it to and this gives them a sense of "this mail was for me" not a general run of the mill mail and this could encourage the affiliates to finally open up and communicate with you.
Thanks.
I hope this was helpful.
