The Affiliates who don't do anything are not necessarily the 'quitters'. They might not be interested initially or possibly they might be busy in some other work.
But, as a sponsor, our duty is to do constant follow-up with them by way of PSA/CSA mailers and keep motivating. We cannot pre-judge anyone. There are PSA's in my team who didn't login for days together, but eventually came back themselves.
Please remember one thing that we should focus on recruiting self-motivated people (workers) and encourage them, rather than focusing on non-performing affiliates.
The affiliates who are inactive since a long-time, we can send them some general mails (may be once in a month) with some good wishes.
Tip: Please don't send too many mails. Otherwise it will give you adverse effects.
Even if you do your best as a sponsor, you will still find affiliates who will do nothing!
