I think that the most important thing you can do with your a2a friends is have a presence in the stream. There are a few things you can do.
-Choose friends that you believe have something to offer. Perhaps check out their badges before requesting their friendship.
-Offer support, advice or knowledge about business whenever you can.
-Remember to be friendly, not just all about the business. i.e. ask how everyone's day is going. People follow good leadership. Lead the way and your friends will follow.
