Like everyone else is telling you, sometimes there's nothing you can do. People are skeptical and sometimes they will sign up with a bogus e-mail to try and kick the tires before they decide, and those people just can't be reached.
The good news is that they'll be reminded by one of our ads and be back some day. So we need to concentrate on the ones who are working hard and give them something to hold onto.
