I have put together a packet of information containing a short personal letter, an ECA pamphlet and an X-Card. I send these to prospects in the mail. If there is no reply, I follow send up with an email or phone call.
Usually the packet is enough. Once they see the benefits of working with SFI, it is a no brainer to sign up. However, it is iimportant to be respectful and not hound them about joining. After the second contact, I leave them alone. Like Affiliates, it may not be a good time for them. I keep their email addresses and when there is a substantial change in the program that might be helpful to them, I will send out a short personal email letter with the new information.
I believe that SFI is a great venue for any business to sell through, so planting the seed and updating your prospects with changes will eventually lead them yo the logical choice to become a partner in our business.
