In my own opinion, I will look at this as a problem, identify the cause and provide solution.
One of the best methods to me will be to build the peoples’ trust first. Find out the reason why they do not trust online businesses. Where they have misconceptions about online business, I will try to change their conception and where the problem is misunderstanding, I will provide adequate explanations and clarifications.
I will offer my potential ECA referral assistance by clarifying any issue(s) he/she may have and educate them on the potentials and inherent benefits of an online business as being ECA with TripleClicks.
