I tend to ask pertinent questions designed to discover what personal experience they have had with online businesses.
When I discover their negative reactions I ask them whether they have ever done any shopping online. This makes it easy to explain why I like what I have experienced with TripleClicks.
I can follow that, if I sense that the "ice is melting", with a W3 card or ClickCard and suggest they take a free look for themselves and then get back to me if they have questions or a criticism. I remind them not to just take my word for it, but look for themselves.
If I get a positive response then I reward them with some TCredits.
