I quite doubt that in today's time of global communication there are people who do not have at least ten people on the list of acquaintances. Leaving aside the fact that surely have at least two friends, a couple of cousins, a bunch of classmates etc.
So, make a list of people you know contact them, write, call them...
On social networks, because that's why they call it so, that people connect and find all that you have met at least once in your life.
Among all these people, you will (100%) to find at least five people who could help you (and you and to themselves) in the SFI commencing work. They will have at least five of its ... and so on.
Furthermore, a good reputation is spreading pretty fast.
