Maybe that I do not understand this question right....
1. I promote the idea of my Affiliates asking questions. They think differently than I do. They see things differently and I gain their vision.
2. They sometimes ask me questions that I do not know the answers, and I need to refer to my own "upline".
3. Not once I was ignored / not answered by my Sponsor or Co Sponsor. They have always come back to me with an idea to solve the question asked.
The way I see it: To ask questions is a way of learning the finer "tricks" in the business. One can only develop business knowledge to a certain extend on your own. Thereafter you need some development via resources of some kind.
I see my questions from Affiliates as such a "resource". I learn from them just as much as they they learn from me...
I have my own way of doing things, but I do not know if it is actually the right way. Sometimes I change my path only due to a question or remark of a new member.
Communication in SFI is key.I plead with my Affiliates to ask questions! I know where I have started in this business. I had a lot of questions....
DO NOT discourage someone to ask questions. You will both learn in this process, and it will be a "win-win situation to you and the affiliate. Does not matter who you are, there is always another perspective of things. Use this to your own advance.
Hope this make sence......
