The simple answer is through advertisement and the issue will be which ad effort will give you the active affiliates you desire. Advertisements are in different forms in terms of the media, target and most importantly, content and budget.
It will be easier to pre-determine the character and potential activeness of affiliates
you get from your warm market. These are your friends, colleagues, relatives and social network connections, so properly targeting this group, using your knowledge of them and also using the knowledge of the profile of your social network friends, may lead you to determine those who may be potentially active in SFI. You can reach these people directly and demonstrate to them verbally or in writing, what is expected of them on one hand, and what is expected of us on the order hand. However, there is no 100% guarantee they will be active as required anyway.
Another important way to generate active affiliates is the content of your advertisement. Your content should fairly prepare your prospective affiliates on what to expect when they join, like your ad content should demonstrate the long term business building SFI entails and that it is not a get-rich-quick scheme. It should also stipulate that, it is a network marketing business and briefly mention where and how we are different, at the same time, do not be afraid to let them know they may need to invest, but that the decision is theirs to make. This type of content will attract those who have been in online business, in one form or the order and looking to diversify their earnings portfolio.
Lastly, your content should also be written in such a way as not to scare away potentially inexperience prospects, by making it brief, yet to the point. This type of target like it free before they trust the system to make further decision in terms of investment and remaining a member for the long haul. Therefore, emphasise free to join and all training are given free of charge, but also mention the not a get-rich-quick line, the various activities from where income are generated; sales, sponsoring and duplication, referrals, ECA and PPA. Finally, include that more information on each of these are in the SFI website and that you will personally mentor them if they join. Most importantly, introduce them to the compensation plan and let them know they will see details of the plan when they join.
The above will by no means guarantee they will be active as many have tried and did more than what I have stipulated, but to no avail. However, the import of this answer is to dwell more on the things that are under your control, in shaping the process of recruitment in conformity to your desired objectives, while leaving the aspects you cannot control to mere luck. It does not stop here anyway; you can still turn the tide around as an awesome sponsor.
