The first thing I do if I think someone is falling out, I send them an e-mail to their personal e-mail account. I send it in a handwritten font, i.e. Lucinda Handwriting or something similar. I make sure I use their name, I mention where they live and if I know anything about it comment on it. Try to develop a one-on-one relationship.
Offer them as much support as you can and give them simple ideas on what they can do to get quick returns. You could also offer them a free gift, i.e. 5 T credits, an e-book or something like that.
Just make sure they know that you really care and follow-up the next day. Then wait another day or two and follow-up again. If they live in your country and have a cell phone listed you could try calling them. I've done that a couple of times and it's brought them back into the fold. Good luck, and I hope you can keep your people in your team. It's always worth trying.
